When a beautiful lady of strength passes, those who love her come together to comfort and support all who remain behind. Susan's many talents were a reflection of both her parents and her faith. Her lifetime of love and generosity blurred the boundaries of family and friendship. She has left us too soon and the measure of her life will not be in years, but in the substance of her good nature and the evidence of the love that will surround her always. A reception was held at the Pathway of Grace Church. Cards may be sent to Carl and Larissa at 9358 Olive Street, Princeton, Texas 75407. Charlie W. Hewitt, 75, of Avinger, TX, April 5. Granddaughter Brandy Webb wrote the following poem: How do you measure a man? It is not where he has been, it is not what he did, and it is not how much he spent. It is how he lived. It is the joy he brought, and the smile on his face. It is how much love he had, how he treated others. It is the family and friends he left behind. It is how much he is missed when he goes to his final rest. It is the measure Papa met. Lona V. Snyder, 89, of Salem, OR, Jan. 28, of congestive heart failure.
